General terms and conditions
Last updated: 22 October 2026.
These terms apply to the services provided by Lemon Tree Cloud (Tax ID XXXXXXXX, C/ Acacia 24, Bloque 45, 1º, 30153 Corvera, Murcia), including the CTO Pyme service, to companies and professionals. A signed quote or contract prevails over them.
1. Quote and acceptance
Each service is provided after a written quote accepted by the customer by signature, by email or online. Prices are in euros and do not include VAT.
2. Invoicing and payment
Monthly fees are invoiced in advance at the beginning of each month. Projects and extra hours are invoiced as stated in the quote or at the end of the month. Payment is made by bank transfer within 15 days of the invoice date, unless the quote says otherwise.
3. CTO Pyme service
- Diagnosis: fixed price of 750 EUR. It is fully deducted if a monthly plan is taken within 30 days of delivering the report. The report belongs to the customer even if nothing else is contracted.
- Monthly plans (Peace of mind, Technology director and Technology partner): include the hours and services described in the plan.
- Extra hour outside the plan: 85 EUR, always with prior notice to the customer.
- Minimum term of 3 months. Afterwards, either party may end the service with 30 days' written notice.
- Not included: servers, licences, equipment, travel outside the Region of Murcia and projects. They are quoted separately.
4. Obligations of the parties
Lemon Tree Cloud provides the service with the diligence of a professional in the sector. The customer provides the necessary information and access. Passwords, servers, domains and licences remain in the customer's name and documented.
5. Confidentiality and data protection
Both parties keep confidential the information they learn through the service. When Lemon Tree Cloud accesses the customer's personal data, it acts as data processor and the parties sign the contract under article 28 GDPR.
6. Scope of the advice
The advice is technical and does not replace legal advice. Legal questions are referred to a lawyer or a data protection officer.
7. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Murcia, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
