How I work
Four steps. You decide, I translate and keep watch.
1. Diagnosis
In about a week I review your invoices, software, equipment, backups and risks. You receive a clear report with priorities and figures.
2. Plan
We decide together what to change, in what order and how much it costs. Nothing is done without your approval.
3. Changes
I coordinate the changes with your suppliers or make them myself. Servers, licences and projects always come with a quote first.
4. Monthly follow-up
A meeting every month and a one-page summary: what has been done, what it has cost and what comes next.
What stays with you
- Passwords, servers, domains and licences in your company's name.
- Everything documented, so another professional could take over tomorrow.
- Legal questions go to a lawyer or a data protection officer: I prepare the technical part.
