Who processes your data

What data and what for
- Contact form: name, company, phone, email, company size and whatever you tell us. To answer you and, if you ask for it, prepare a diagnosis or a quote.
- Customers: the data needed to provide the service, invoice it and meet tax obligations.
- Visit statistics: see "Visit statistics and cookies" below.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
Legal basis
- Enquiries and quotes: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Customers: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legal obligations such as tax ones (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Statistics: legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (art. 6.1.f GDPR), with data that does not identify you.
How long
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: 12 months from the last contact.
- Customers: while the relationship lasts and then for the legal periods (for example, 6 years for accounting records, article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code).
- Visit statistics: deleted after 60 days without activity. Technical server logs, needed for security, are deleted after 14 days.
Who else sees them
We do not pass your data to third parties unless the law requires it. The website and our customer records run on servers of Lemon Tree Cloud hosted by OVH in a data centre in the European Union; OVH acts as data processor. Email runs on our own server. There are no transfers outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to fernando@lemontreecloud.com. If you think your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Commercial communications
We will only write to you about your enquiry. We do not send advertising without your prior permission.
Visit statistics and cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools. It only uses these technical cookies:

To know which pages are useful, the server itself records visits: pages viewed, date, type of device and browser, the website you came from and approximate city. The IP address is stored shortened (the last digits are removed), so it does not identify anyone. This data is not combined with forms or customer records, is not shared with anyone and is deleted after 60 days without activity.
